Brief intro to the podcast and host.  The Podcast's purpose:  Share the Scriptures to those outside a traditional church, teaching listeners whose lives are wrecks that they can find a new life in Jesus without belonging to a local church or becoming stereotypically "religious."
Followers of Jesus are told to simply "deny yourselves, take up your cross and follow Jesus."  The simplicity yet depth of this command leads the broken to a new life that is very cool and adventurous.
