Masako Kozawa shares her transformative process, from dark night of the soul to now living out her mission: to live the most expansive, fulfilling, authentic life and empower and invite others along the way!

Masako  is a Japanese native, mother, teacher and student of mindfulness meditation, host of "Why not meditate?" podcast, photographer, and painter.
