Welcome to Day 9 of the Self-Love Journaling Challenge!
Pen Down Your Anxiety

We are so thankful that you are putting YOU at the top of your priority list today!

Today, we apply self-love to an emotion that likes to rev us up and needs release: Anxiety.

Learning how to feel, hold gratitude for, and embrace our bodies is such an important part of self-love. Loving ourselves through and past anxiety in our body is an important choice that journaling can help with.

Though this is not journal therapy, I do refer to sound research and specifically a medically reviewed article today that specializes in anxiety reduction and release through journaling.

If you need further support with your anxiety, reach out to a family member, a therapist, or even your doctor. You are loved and supported through this. I'm here if you'd like for me to listen in a DM as a friend too.
