Welcome to Day 8 of the Self-Love Journaling Challenge!
Good Grief
We are so thankful that you are putting YOU at the top of your priority list today!

Today, we apply self-love to an emotion that affects all parts of the body-Grief.

Learning how to feel, hold gratitude for, and embrace our bodies is such an important part of self-love. Loving ourselves through grief and its effects on our body is an important choice that journaling can help with.

Though this is not journal therapy, I do refer to sound research and specifically a doctor's website today who specializes in the grief/body/journaling connection.

If you need support in your grieving process, reach out to me, a friend, our joyful journaling community, a family member, a therapist, or even your doctor. You are loved and supported through this process. Don't let grief keep you from embodying the joy you ultimately deserve.
