The boys manage to grab some time with Australian marathon record holder Andy Buchanan during his Cairns training camp with our boy Timmy. 



Kaz disarms Andy early with what was described as 'Primary school level questions' before getting into the deep stuff such as favourite pizza, favourite beer, why World Champs over Sydney marathon and why the crown suits Andy's blue eyes...



Jordo rolls his ankle again and gets flogged by a PT in the gym
