The boys are Tim-less this week as the great man ventures to Europe to begin preparations for the World Championships in a few months. As they say, the show goes on.

Both Jordo and Kaz battle sickness, begging the question 'how sick is too sick to run?'. There's also race results from Launceston running festival and Mackay Marina run on the agenda with some seriously quick times clocked down in Tassie and in Northern QLD.

Kaz completes his down week which included 3 sessions and some serious vert to content with.

Jordo bumps up the k's and tackles one of the biggest weekends of the marathon build so far.
