Theresa Thomas is a health educator and advocate dedicated to helping families reduce chemical exposure and prevent chronic illness. After developing Multiple Chemical Sensitivities in the early ’90s, she turned her personal journey into a mission to educate others about environmental health. Theresa played a key role in Nova Scotia’s “No Scents is Good Sense” campaign and now works with parents and caregivers through speaking events, coaching programs, and her Going Green Together Facebook group.
