Episode Highlight:
00:36 - Just because you own a business, and it doesn't matter if the saying that goes now, if you got it out the mud, and nothing was handed to you, it wasn't who you knew, or none of this stuff, is to always be grounded and realize who you are. If I treat a person coming out in a suit the same way I would treat the janitor who's probably mopping the floors of the hallway, because that's just how I am. I was just brought up that way. Always being up front, truthful, always be hungry, but at the same time, be willing to hear a no. A no doesn't mean never, it's just not right now. I think a firm handshake and eye contact goes a long way. A lot of that is missing.
