A Page A Day, "Lust for Lack"

The self pity party that is conjured up when indulging the sensation of lack is woeful, it swallows me whole sometimes.

But in recognising this pattern and the minds' traps, I've made some notes about how best to acknowledge it, act upon it and finally look past it.
