Today’s guest is blogger and writer Celia Miller, and she and I met on Instagram. We both follow one particular writer, and somehow or another, we found each other and realized pretty quickly that we’re both passionate about Christian spiritual practices, especially the more contemplative ones like prayer and journaling.

As Celia and I have gotten to know one another, I knew I wanted to introduce you to her. So in today’s conversation, we dive more into spiritual practices and some of the ones that are really resonating with Celia right now in this season of her life. We also dive into spiritual direction, including what it was like for Celia to walk into her first spiritual direction session. I know you will love her gentle spirit and getting to know her.

So allow me to introduce you to blogger and writer Celia Miller…

Kari
