I am giving my background and why I am doing this. I want to have something for recruiters that want to become great and make it a career like I did. I always heard people not in recruiting tell me "why would you want to be a recruiter?" I love it and I want to share why! This is done all by me and I know it can be more as I go on, with more recruiters getting involved!
