Affirmative Action is Negative Action

Harvard began the 20th century putting a quota on Jewish students wanting to limit them from taking seats from non-Jewish, i.e. White students. Now, Harvard is putting a limit on White and Asian American students in favour of Latinos and African Americans. Does this make any sense? Yes to the Liberals who are pushing these agendas.
