Weather in 5 overall the July 4th holiday weekend is looking good. Friday will see a back door cold front and that could mean the risk for some severe weather in parts of the Northeast. Saturday and Sunday look to be warm. July 4th should be mostly thunderstorm free but a few could pop up inland on Sunday. Long range some heat could be coming later next week.
