Weather in 5 A Cold front is approaching into a warm tropical air mass so we have the risk of severe weather from North Carolina to New England. Showers and thunderstorms will be running around all day and into this evening though they will be coming in waves with dry weather in between. Once the front passes weather conditions improve nicely for Sunday and Monday as cooler and less humid air arrives.
