Weather in 5 on the last day of summer. A very chilly start in the Northeast and Northern Mid Atlantic states with lows this morning below freezing in many inland areas. Temperatures will be in the 60s today but we will start warming up over the next several days as high pressure moves to the Carolinas. Hurricane Teddy is passing east of Bermuda today and will head for Nova Scotia on Tuesday as a post tropical cyclone. Tropical Storm Beta is weak but will produce heavy rains in East Texas and Louisiana over the next few days. In the East, it will be dry probably through the weekend with the next chance of showers next Monday.
