Weather in 10 Tropical Storm Isaias Moving Up The East Coast, Tropical Storm Warnings Posted,What to Expect

Tropical Storm Isaias is headed for a landfall between Charleston SC and Wilmington North Carolina this evening and then it moves up the East Coast with strong winds and heavy rains for a 4 to 6 hour time frame during the day Tuesday. Tropical Storm Warnings are up from Connecticut to the Carolinas. Flash Flood Watches for 4 to 6 inches of heavy rain west of the storm track.
