Tropical Storm Isaias Heading Northward Through Middle Atlantic & Northeast Heavy Rains Strong Winds

Tropical Storm Isaias moved inland in SW North Carolina last night as a minimal hurricane and now heads up the coast with heavy rains and strong winds through the Middle Atlantic states and into the Northeast. Winds will gust to hurricane force along the coast. Heavy rains of 4 to 6 inches will fall to the west of the storm track.
