Joe & Joe Weather Show on this Tuesday September 1 saw the birth of 2 new tropical storms Nana & Omar. Nana is headed for Central America with Tropical Storm Warnings up for Belize and Honduras. Tropical Storm Omar is headed out to sea east of the Carolinas. Across the US the weather is taking the look of September with summer hanging on.
