On tonight's Joe & Joe Weather Show  we will be tracking Isaias as it heads to South Florida and the turns north and north northeast. It will arrive in the Carolinas on Monday and the impact the Mid- Atlantic and Northeast on Tuesday. Hurricane Warnings are up for the Florida East Coast. Isaias is likely to hit the Carolinas and points northward as a strong tropical storm with gusty winds and heavy rains along with some coastal flooding
