Joe & Joe Weather show tonight watching Tropical Storm Fay climbing northward along the New Jersey coast. The center will pass over NYC tonight and head northward through Upstate NY. Heavy rains are north and west of the storm track and many areas in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania saw 2 to 4 inches of rain with flash flooding. Weather improves over the weekend however there are severe weather risks in the same area Saturday.
