 Joe & Joe Weather show tonight will focus attention on a tropical low developing off the Carolina coast. This could become a tropical cyclone as it moves northward. It will likely bring heavy rain and some wind from Eastern North Carolina northward to NY State. The National Hurricane Center rates this a 70 percent chance of tropical cyclone development over the next 2 days.
