 Joe & Joe Weather show back from a holiday weekend. Severe weather ripped across Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey this afternoon and evening but it seems the worst of it may be over. Tropical Storm Edouard set a record day becoming the earliest 5th storm of a hurricane season in the satellite era. We look ahead to the rest of the week with disturbed weather in the Southeast US that has a shot of developing late this week if low pressure moves offshore.
