Joe & Joe Weather Show The Dog Days of August are underway. Tonight we have flash flood issues from Northeast Virginia to Eastern Pennsylvania and Central New Jersey. Heavy thunderstorms are moving through. The weekend is looking like a typical August weekend with no major weather systems in play and the tropics are quiet. We will look at the long range and see when the tropics might rev up again.
