46 | Procrastination: Is It a Trauma Response and How Do I Overcome It?

You know you need to do that specific task, but you can’t bring yourself to do it. It’s hanging over your head, but you distract yourself with other things rather than just getting it done. Why do we do that? Why do we procrastinate? In today’s episode, we’ll discuss procrastination and look at ways of overcoming it.
