I consider the destructive power of discouragement, and how humiltiy and gratitude put it to death. I puzzle over the "firing" of Brent Leatherwood and his reinstatement. I give a lesson on not confusing biblical history with biblical teaching, and explore Jesus taking on our informities. Finally, I remember that the age of an idea tells us little of its truth value.
