Season 1 Wrap Up - When God Gives the Gift of Waiting

Waiting on the Lord when he tells us to “Be Still” can be very challenging for us as we are naturally sinners and want to not be patient and gentle in the waiting. 
We need to have the “Lord, Here I am, and I am quiet” attitude in the abiding of the Lord, because he is sovereign and ultimately the one in control. We need to have a Psalm 46:10 attitude. His eternal plan for the world and his children is SO RICH, that when we choose to not be patient in the due time, we tend to take matters in our own hands because we are in a rush to get what we want, we forget to slow down and see the entrustments in front of us that were supposed to be tended to along the way. 

We were never called to hustle in the things God created us for, but we were called to obey in the things God created us for. He even calls us to wait in the gifts he places in our lives.
