With over 25 years in performing arts, C.J. Wade’s therapeutic massage career specializes in injury rehabilitation and self-care solutions. Her practice, You Matter Massage & Wellness,
uses the motto "you deserve a healthy you" to encourage clients in Alabama and beyond. 
In addition to Communication Management and Education degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, C.J. founded creative collective Workmanship Incorporated and The Write Wade Publishing Company, LLC. When she isn’t producing her inspirational blog and podcast “Listening at the Speed of Life”, she enjoys teaching dance and taking naps.
