She is the founder of TyTalks, a nonprofit focused on empowering women through education, mentorship, and community support. With a background in military service, disaster response, and banking, she brings a wealth of experience in leadership, customer service, and policy implementation. Shatara is also the driving force behind the Better Together Book Tour and Reading Around the River Region initiatives, promoting literacy and community engagement.

Ashley Monique Robinson
Ashley Monique is an author, entrepreneur, professor, mentor, and community advocate dedicated to empowerment and holistic growth. She holds a BSW from Alabama State University, an MSW from the University of Alabama, and is pursuing a PhD in Human and Social Services. As the Founder and CEO of C.H.A.N.G.E., a nonprofit serving underprivileged families, she provides essential resources, education, and mentorship. Through Ashley Monique, LLC, she offers consulting, training, and behavioral coaching. A published author, she co-leads the Better Together Book Tour. Featured in major media outlets, Ashley continues to inspire and uplift communities through her leadership and service.
