The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra’s annual Winter Festival kicks off on January 9th and runs through the 25th. This year, the festival is celebrating the genius of Shakespeare by presenting music inspired by his greatest plays. Christopher Benincasa recently spoke with NJSO Music Director Jacques Lacombe about creating the “Sounds of Shakespeare” program, which will feature Sarah Chang, one of the world’s leading violinists.
