In episode 85, we interview our beloved, Dr. Jay’  Mayo. It’s been a year since we last sat down together and we had a lot of catching up to do!

Jay gives us an update on his organization, The Epic Warrior Foundation. And he tells us what he’s been up to (hint: the man is doing more than all of us put together!). Jay is a husband, dad, grandpops, pastor, counselor, Bible teacher, firefighter (yep!), and soon he’ll be adding EMT to his resume! 

In this episode, we asked Jay to pick up where he left off with us last fall…in the subject of EMDR. This is a fascinating therapy technique that helps people to process traumatic memories and begin to heal. You guys, our minds are completely blown by what Jay teaches us and now we’re on the hunt for our own EMDR clinicians!
