Matt Loker - Plaintiff's Identify Theft Lawyer

I called Matt the day I decided to sue Toyota when they persisted with debt collection in violation of the California Identity Theft Act.  I googled around when I was drafting the case and Matt came up as an expert.  We were opposing counsel when I was with a law firm with 1000+ lawyers.
