Cathy Chao is a Registered Nurse, RN, who works in the Intensive Care Unit, or ICU, within one of our local hospitals. Originally from Northern California, she moved to Las Vegas when she was 6 years old, where she ended up attending UNLV and graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. She has been working in the Intensive Care Unit for the last 4 years where she was a first-responder to the October 1 Shooting & COVID19 Pandemic. Cathy, and her unit, received one of the first critical COVID19-Positive cases in Las Vegas. This conversation is filled with truth-telling information, stories, and first-hand experiences.
