Coltyn Simmons is a born and raised Las Vegas local who, upon graduating from Durango High School, went on to place Minor League Baseball for the Princeton Rays for 6 years. After leaving baseball Coltyn returned home to Las Vegas and begun his real estate career. Years later he founded CustomFit Real Estate and then CustomFit Construction.
