Proprietor and Chef of Sloppi Jo’s, Head of Culinary for the Life is Beautiful Festival, Head of Culinary for Further Future, Creator of the Back Of House Brawl, Executive Producer of Late Night Chef Fight Season 1 & 2 and President of SecretBurger.Com to name just a few milestones of her career to date. With decades of experience under her belt Jolene’s event management company quickly became the go to resource for all thing’s food and beverage.
Jolene has brought her unique tenacity and ability to foresee needs to create unique culinary experiences. As President of SecretBurger.com, Jolene partnered with top Chefs in 12 cities and executed over 200 #OffTheMenu culinary experiences in 2019. Just one of these events was Picnic In The Alley Boutique Epicurean event 100% designed and executed by leading women in Las Vegas hospitality industry.
