Courtney and Julie are real estate investors in Nashville TN. Courtney has a background in residential real estate and Julie graduated with an interior design degree. Together they have spent the past year flipping houses, house hacking and purchasing “buy & hold” properties. They began in the single family space, but quickly realized it would take entirely too long for them to meet their financial goals.
