In this episode of Movers & Shakers Josh & Gino interview Jon Stark . Topics touched on include:

● Learn how Jon was able to build a team outside of his backyard ● How he was able to get a deal in a competitive market ● The importance of having the right network ● The power of having a coach on your side

Jon is an experienced commercial real estate broker, helping his clients with the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties in the North County San Diego market. Before commercial brokerage, he spent some time in residential real estate, wholesaling houses to fix and flip investors for a nationwide firm. Jon has always had the passion, drive, and ambition to own and operate multifamily properties, and in May of 2020, he joined the Jake & Gino Community to accelerate that journey and make it happen.

Almost 11 months after joining, he and his business partner just closed on their first project together, a 28 unit apartment building in Phoenix, AZ, in which Jon is both a GP and an LP in the deal.”
