Disney Cruise on the Magic | Door Decorations and Pin Trading

We had so much fun on our Disney Cruise. One of the activities that we participated started before boarding the cruise.

We made door magnets to decorate our stateroom door. People get very creative when decorating their door and there are many places you can get magnets or order custom magnets.

We printed off templates from the Disney cruise line blog here.

I bought self laminating sheets, glue and magnets and put them together with my kids! I even had the girls use glitter letters to place our names on a Mickey to make them more customized.

The glue unfortunately did not hold the magnets in place during travel so I'll be researching a better glue for that. I might also suggest adhesive magnets or if you plan on using the magnets many times, maybe printable magnets.

We also did pin trading and I created custom pin boards from these hexagon felt tiles (that reminded me of the purple wall at Disney World) and attached adhesive magnet strips to the back.

All in all we had a great experience and would definitely do both again!
