It's okay to not be okay!
Do you feel like you have to have it together all the time? Do you have a hard time appearing vulnerable?
If this sounds familiar, know that you're not alone. It's common with high achievers to try to put up a front and put pressure on themselves to show that they have it altogether.
But that's just BS!
Today I'm opening up about my struggle with showing people that I struggle too. As I transition through different stages of my life, I've had to uncover my mask each time to show what's really going on. And I talk about why you should too.
