Helene & Christina here to say worry gets a bad rap.  All these tiktokers and influencers who are telling you to get rid of worry…Friends, we are here to say… they have it all wrong! 

Now that we have your attention and you think we have lost our minds…and you are singing songs in your head about washing your worries away… we genuinely and truthfully want to talk about how to appreciate worry in your life.

Did you know that worry is biological? It is a healthy instinct that alerts us of danger and increases our awareness.  

Did you know that worry can serve a healthy purpose in your life? Truly- it can help you to evolve into a better, stronger and more confident person.
