This episode is soooo full of JOY! We all get the gift of hanging with our friend Erin- the authentic Medium Lady! She is stinking amazing! Both Helene & Christina embraced this term as soon as we learned it because it helps every PERSON to be their authentic self.  This is a must listen to episode to empower yourself to be YOUR best.  This episode goes hand in hand to not make a news years resolution, but rather focus on living life with the medium way.  When you can do this, you will find so much JOY! in life (Christina's word) and you will model for you kids as to the power of living life to it's fullest with medium effort.
