Leaving can be good, when you feel a need to leave. However moving and leaving won’t make your problems disappear. As humans we need to have that at the forefront of our minds
Moving can be very isolating and hard causing you to have mental health struggles still, mental health is not dependent on a specific place. Vacations, kids, moving, things, will not cure our mental health issues.
Starting over and resetting is beneficial, but not running away from things
Having a support system will result in a great growing and learning experience
