Alastair Creamer, has embarked on an incredible journey that has taken him through diverse creative outlets, industries, and continents. Alastair's educational background was rooted in classical music, where he honed his skills as a violinist, pianist, and accordionist. However, at the age of 21, he made a bold decision to set aside these musical instruments, opening the door to a world of endless creative possibilities.

Alastair's courage to explore various artistic expressions led him to acting, writing, painting, carpentry, ceramics, and even the culinary arts. He thrived on being a "creative junkie," constantly seeking new avenues to channel his passion and imagination. But Alastair's creative pursuits extended beyond the realm of personal fulfillment; they eventually became the catalyst for his professional endeavors.

Throughout his career, Alastair has traversed three distinct industries: the arts, higher education, and big business. After spending seven formative years at Unilever, he took a leap of faith and established his own company dedicated to helping leaders navigate the intricate landscape of organizational culture. Alastair firmly believes that culture is the paramount, yet often underestimated, factor in achieving success in any business. His unique expertise supports leaders in understanding and managing the profound impact of culture on their organizations.

In 2012, Alastair co-founded Eyes Wide Opened, a groundbreaking coaching program specifically designed to support individuals grappling with professional crossroads. This initiative provides invaluable guidance to those who find themselves at different stages of life, whether it be quarter-life crises or individuals in their 50s yearning to make a profound impact. Alastair's work has also expanded to encompass the concept of finding personal purpose, helping individuals align their aspirations with their authentic selves.

Beyond his professional achievements, Alastair is a creative soul at heart. He has delved into diverse artistic pursuits, finding solace and inspiration in writing, painting, ceramics, carpentry, and even culinary endeavors. Recently, he published a book of prose-poems chronicling his profound long-distance relationship with his son, Ollie, who resides in London. It is a testament to the deep bonds and connection he shares with his loved ones.

Today, Alastair's passion lies in nurturing his garden, which he considers one of the most fulfilling creative pursuits he has undertaken. Gardening serves as a metaphor for his own journey—tending to the soil, sowing seeds of possibility, and witnessing the transformative power of growth.
