We return to Stover for the first of his works in the cult classic but lacking mainstream success science fiction series STAR WARS. Though this is book 13 of a series we have not read, it stands alone as an outstanding peice of science fiction, filled with interesting questions about the nature of life, questions about the dogma of forces within star wars that had stood unquestioned up until this point, and some of the sickest action sequences I've ever read, all told in Stover's best prose yet.
This book is 300 pages, read it.
Also, emberassingly Sniper completely forgot that decades old EU characters aren't common knowledge, so neglected to specify Jacen, Jaina, and Anakin Solo are the children of Han and Leia. Sorry if this leads to confusion.
CW for torture, manipulation, civilian casualties, slavery, and body horror.
Join us next time for Mace Windu Shatterpoint, a book that has meant a lot to us.
