The months are written in Zulu Zulu and in English most people will know the English version ones so you don’t have to worry about learning them

next year - ngonyaka ozayo
last year - ngonyaka odlule

Ngolwesingaki- what day of the week is it?
Yenza kusasa- do it tomorrow

Ngizoqala umsebenzi ku leli viki- I will start work this week.
Ngengi gula ngeviki eledlulileyo – I was sick last week.

Inyanga ithi ni? – what month is it?
Ngizohamba ukuyabona inyanga ngenyanga ezayo- will go and see a healer next week.

Ngihlangane laye kudaladala ngonyaka odlulileyo- I Met him/her long ago last year
