Join us for a Friday focus session with Kathy Denton.  Her career has spanned from commercial business leader and board member to business psychologist and executive leadership coaching.  Alongside this, she has extensive experience on the board of schools, taking the role of Vice Chair and Chair over ten years. 

She shares her insights on school leadership and the triumvirate relationship between Chair, head and Bursar.  Kathy also makes a key point that a joint, trusted and transparent relationship is essential: as is the training we must give to help Governors so they fully understand their responsibilities and role.
