9 - Confronting Change

The girls are back and getting a little deeper this week, taking on a variety of topics that all revolve around one thing: confronting changes in their lives.

Leah shares how a friend’s 30th birthday made her suddenly start feeling her age. (The girls agree that botox is a gateway plastic surgery.) Leah and Cara discuss why they feel like time is speeding up and they open up about how they’ve learned to be comfortable spending time alone. They recognize how much this year has forced them to slow down and appreciate what’s important to them and they agree that welcoming and accepting change is an important step in taking ownership of your life.
