John tells us about  growing up in Ennis, TX, cutting his teeth as a sideman, and eventually landing gigs with Bart Crow, Granger Smith, and now Pat Green. He reflects on the balance between chasing creative opportunities in Nashville and being a present dad, and how his current gig with Pat Green offers the best of both worlds.
