On today's episode I am exploring emotions and how we categorize them as good or bad and whether or not it's a good idea to do so. Emotions are a challenging, but much needed topic to discuss and many of us have our thoughts on them. We also have our thoughts on labels. I have never been a fan of labels because I feel they put people into boxes, but maybe there are some cases where labels might not be a bad thing. I heard someone talk about labels and emotions recently and I thought I would give my thoughts on what I heard as related to my experience.
