05: Exceed Expectations

On today's episode we're discussing the need to exceed expectations. We, as Moms, have the power to influence the next generation to be strong, resilient, and above average. With the way the world is headed right now, there are very low expectations and we are being lead into a lifetime of poor health, financial insecurity, and weakness. I believe it's our obligation to change the trajectory and one way is to exceed our expectations for ourselves as individuals and then lead our children to do the same.
