Sleep... everyone needs it, not everyone gets enough of it. Today I talk about sleeping and how to attempt to up level your sleep habit. If you are like me, and have difficulty turning off the world to get some needed rest, this episode might help you out. I am a part of a monthly biohacking membership where we learn about little biohacks for women and I learned a few things about sleep last month, so I thought I would share a little of my sleep (or lack there of) journey.
